Cherokee Wins LABC 40th Architectual Award

The Lofts at Cherokee Studios by REthink Development has recently captured the prestigious 40th Annual Los Angeles Architectural Award–Market Rate Multifamily category.
The Los Angeles Architectural Award and subsequent recognition is quite an accomplishment for the project considering the only other non-governmental winners included some of largest and most innovative real estate companies and projects; including AEG for their LA Live project and Majestic Realty for their Los Angeles NFL Stadium concept.
Pugh + Scarpa’s 2010 AIA Firm Award Video features Cherokee

On June 10th, 2010 Pugh + Scarpa was officially presented the AIA Firm Award: the highest honor bestowed by the American Institute of Architects. Below is the video the AIA played to introduce the firm and the award. It is clear from the video why they were given the award and why the experience of being at the Lofts at Cherokee Studios is just a bit different and a bit better than the rest.

Slow Home Award Video

The community at the Slow Home Network recently awarded the Lofts at Cherokee Studios for the “Best Apartment/ Loft Design” in Los Angeles after reviewing over 120 lofts in the area. Check out the video that the Slow Home Network posted in praise of Cherokee.
