DTLA Office High Rise Curation & Hospitality
REthink’s Principal Steve Edwards with Assembly Group partner Beau Laughlin have once again partnered with Lincoln Property Company and their capital partner Rockwood Capital to help reposition and curate another 400,000+ SF office high rise at 915 Wilshire building on the success of 1000 Wilshire. Lincoln Property underwent a lobby modernization and build out of a tenant amenity space and deck that was just finished. To activate, curate and program those areas and the building in general Assembly Group is in the process of designing and building a full-service restaurant and an Automated Café for quick grab and go items providing an amenity rich hospitality like experience for the office tenants and guests.
