Cherokee Wins AIA/COTE Top 10 Green Projects Award

The Lofts at Cherokee Studios developed and LEED Certified by REthink Development wins the 2011 American Institute of Architects/COTE Award for Top 10 Green Projects of the year in the country.  This award is the most prestigious award in the U.S. for green building excellence.
