REthink’s demonstration project took an underperforming property and built the first of its kind Green detached duplex in Culver City. The home demonstrates that green building and high design can be achieved within standard budgets. The home was recognized in the LA Times Magazine as one of three top examples of green building in Los Angeles County and featured in the September 2006 issue of Dwell Magazine and on HGTV’s World’s Greenest Homes.
