REthink Development has partnered a family ownership group and the City of Fountain Valley to obtain approvals for a key site designated under the City’s Housing Element, General Plan and RHNA requirements. The plan is to develop a 207 unit 7-story mixed-use community delivering with 2,000 SF of retail, and 4,000 SF of food & beverage.

·       75 units/acre density prior to State Density Bonus

·       15% affordability

·       Luxurious amenities including pool, courtyards, roof decks, and club rooms

The project transforms a currently cash-flowing retail center into a next-generation residential community aligned with state housing mandates.
