REthink principal, Greg Reitz, acted as owner’s representative for this 176-unit garden style apartment building in Goleta, CA. REthink joined the project during contractor selection and negotiation and performed construction management through project close out. The project received CofO for its 10th and final building in May, 2022 and is already fully leased at rents exceeding proforma.
