REthink’s Principal Steve Edwards via his Assembly Group partnership is redeveloping, reimagining, and curating a timeless Silver Lake real estate asset built in 1928 into a creative office, retail, and restaurant mixed-use icon with Arc Capital Partners as the lead. Bestor Architects of Silver Lake is bringing the building back to its glory with added contemporary elements juxtaposed with the classic.

Brick, timber, steel, glass, and creative pops of color will mix to provide a timeless, distinguished, yet contemporary character rarely found in Silver Lake at this scale. The building totals 30,000 SF of space on 3 levels with 16’, 18’ and 11’ high ceilings. It will have expansive glass at all 3 levels, large usable outdoor patios and decks. It is in the heart Silver Lake with Sunset Blvd frontage adjacent to Sunset Blvd / Silver Lake Blvd Junction.
