Silicon Valley / Levi’s Stadium Adjacent Mixed-Use
Rethink Development, partnered with Ensemble Investments, is in construction on a 311 unit mixed-use project with 15,000 sf of retail in Santa Clara California next to Levi’s 49er Stadium and Related’s $6.5 billion Related Santa Clara project. The project site is a block away from a light rail and heavy rail station, multiple bike paths and regional parks. It is dead center of one of the most dynamic employment centers in the world. The project will strive to bring an Arts District and South of Market feel to the Silicon Valley in a complimentary fashion to City Place’s 1.5 million square feet of retail and entertainment, multiple hotels and 5 million square feet of new office space. The project is tracking for LEED Gold and will be one of the smartest (tech forward) building around. Directly adjacent we are also building a 14,000 sf indoor and outdoor Beer, Food and Game Garden with multiple food vendors that will activate the District and area. We also have 4 other projects in the works in the District including a 150 unit affordable project partially financed by Google, a 301 unit park adjacent project and two high mixed-use buildings.
