Culver City Mixed-Use

REthink Development is re-imagining the downtown Culver City restaurant building we redeveloped over 10 years ago. The new project received entitlements in record time through a collaboration with a very supportive Economic Development Director and Planning staff. The project will incorporate the adjacent City-owned parcel and create 34 studio residential units, including 6 Affordable units, and 2,000 SF of public benefit groundfloor “Arts Space.” Structural steel was added to the existing building during the original rehab to ensure the restaurant tenants, including the beloved Cafe Vida, will be able to continue operations with only minor disruption. REthink is working with Brooks + Scarpa, the 2022 AIA Gold Medal winning architect, that we worked with on our very first mixed-use project, The Lofts At Cherokee Studios. Like Cherokee, this project will seek to be an example of leading sustainable design.
